Listen as much as you like. Share links freely. Don’t sell it, don’t upload it anywhere as your own, and don’t use it in anything you make money from without asking me first.

Ownership

All music, lyrics, recordings and artwork on this site are original works created by SwansonX, who retains all rights to them. Nothing on this site is placed in the public domain, and no rights are transferred to you by listening to or downloading it.

What you may do

• Stream and listen for your own personal enjoyment.
• Download tracks, where a download is offered, for personal listening.
• Share links to this site, to any track, or to any playlist.
• Mention the music and quote short passages of lyrics when writing or talking about it, with credit.

What you may not do

• Sell it. You may not sell, license, sublicense or otherwise charge anyone for this music, in whole or in part, in any form.
• Redistribute it. Don’t re-upload the audio to streaming services, download sites, file sharing networks or any other platform. Link here instead.
• Claim it. Don’t present this music as your own work, or register it with any distributor, rights organisation or content-identification system.
• Monetise it. Don’t use it in advertising, in monetised videos or streams, in games or apps, or in any other commercial project without written permission.
• Remix or sample it for public release, or create derivative works from it, without written permission.
• Train on it. Don’t use this music, its lyrics or its artwork as training data for machine learning or AI models, or to generate voice or style imitations.
• Circumvent, scrape or bulk-download anything on this site, or attempt to reach files that haven’t been published.

This site is offered as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Tracks may be added, changed or removed at any time. These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of this page will change when they are.

Enforcement

If you use this music in a way these terms don’t allow, permission to use it ends immediately, and I reserve the right to pursue any remedy available — including takedown requests to the platform hosting it.
